Great opening of the Senior Art/Photography exhibition Portfolio. Do come along and have a look at the work on display in the Community Gallery in Princes Street for the next fortnight.
Orienteering

Great effort by our Orienteering team of Shirley, Bokyong, Kelly, Melanie, Frances, Katie, Millie, Shaham and Ashleigh who were the top Dunedin Secondary Girls' School in the 2013 Orienteering Schools Series.
Trust Power Community Awards

Last night at the Trust Power Community Awards OGHS was Joint Regional Runner Up in the Education and Child/Youth Development category. This was an award for our outstanding contribution to the the Dunedin City Community. Well done to all our girls. This is your award. Tarn Neuman in Year 13 also received a Youth Community Spirit Award for all the Volunteer work she does. Congratulations Tarn.
Cross Country individual results

Congratulations to all our students who took part in the school Cross Country today - good effort ladies. First place in Year 9 - Frances Baker, Year 10 Natasha Whyte, Year 11 Tabitha Seaton, Year 12 Sophie Deschka and Year 13 Talia Oldham.
